The Taste of Friendship
In this project, we were given preselected fabrics on which we had to base our designs. The title of the project is "The taste of friendship" and in our designs we had to incorporate themes of cannibalism, queerness, sports, and traditional crafts.

I based my design on knight armor and a tailored jacket to meet the sport theme. For the traditional craft aspect, I focused on quilting and embroidery. Finally for the cannibalism, I wanted to bring the story of the little red riding hood, as this is a story that is often taught to children not to talk to strangers. I also like drawings of wolves with big teeth. My research began with a couple of miniature blazers that I was able to shape to my satisfaction and develop the required themes.
